The reducer ring gear, output shaft, planet carrier and input shaft are all made of 40Cr high-quality alloy structural steel. After hot forging, quenching and tempering and other processes, they have good comprehensive mechanical properties, low notch sensitivity and impact toughness, thus making them better than die-casting. , ordinary steel and other materials have higher strength and toughness.
The gear is made of 20CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel. After heat treatment, carburizing and quenching of the tooth surface, the hardness of the gear tooth surface can reach HRC59~62. Using KISSsoft's design analysis, the tooth shape and tooth direction of the gear are adjusted to increase the service life and accuracy of the gear and reduce the meshing noise of the gear.
